Armed Forces Day

The North Wales Car Club have teamed up with Wales Rally GB and the Armed Forces Rally Team to have a rally display on the Llandundo Promenade.

The main UK Armed Forces Day 2018 will be taking place in Llandudno. It is a National Event will take place in the Conwy town on Saturday, 30 June. Smaller Armed Forces Day events will be taking place in other regions across the country as part of the celebrations. Up to 250,000 people are expected to visit the north Wales town to witness the spectacle. Highlights will include flypasts from the RAF's Red Arrows and the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight team which includes a Lancaster bomber, Spitfire and a Hurricane. Armed Forces Day is a chance for people to show their support for the men and women who make up the Armed Forces community - from currently serving troops to Service families, veterans, reservists and cadets.  Representatives from the Royal Navy, the British Army and the Royal Air Force will all be taking part.
