North Wales Car Club ("NWCC", "we", "us" or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.

Photography and video recording may take place at NWCC meetings and motorsport events.

Because motorsport events are public sporting events, it may not always be practical to obtain individual consent from every person appearing incidentally in an event photograph or video.

11. Children and young people

NWCC may process information relating to competitors or participants under the age of 18.
